We check that all the cleaners have valid insurance policy while they are registering on our platform.

Please also remember that cleaners on our platform are independent workers and for this reason, we do not have any possibility to intervene in case of non-compliance. It is up to a customer to take further steps to receive a compensation from a cleaner.
